Nutritionists are calling for bacon and eggs to be on everyone’s breakfast menu.
That includes egg whites, bacon, and eggs.
They also recommend that everyone eat breakfast with a smoothie.
This could include the same egg whites and bacon you would normally eat with, said Jennifer Jagger, a dietitian and author of the new book The Perfect Breakfast.
Here are some of the top foods to eat before and after your morning scramble: Breakfast with bacon.
The bacon is the perfect source of protein, omega-3s, and fiber, according to a 2015 study in the Journal of Nutrition.
But don’t get too excited.
It’s a bit tricky.
You can’t eat bacon and egg whites all at once.
You’ll have to eat them in two separate bowls, said Michael M. Hines, a professor of nutrition at the University of California, Davis.
Instead, make sure you choose a balanced meal, Hines said.
“If you have a salad, make it with spinach and a salad dressing.
If you have eggs, make a protein shake or a shake of yogurt.”
The best thing about bacon is its omega-6 and omega-5 fatty acids, according a study in The New England Journal of Medicine.
But it’s not the only thing that’s good for you.
“The more saturated fat you have in your diet, the better your cholesterol levels are,” said Mollie B. Miller, a certified personal trainer and author.
A good breakfast also has protein.
“There’s a whole host of nutrients that bacon contains,” she said.
Eggs are an excellent source of omega-4s and other essential nutrients, according the American College of Nutrition, but it’s important to eat eggs on top of a smoothy if you want to maximize your intake.
And the best part about eggs is that they’re not made from bacon, Miller said.
That means you can choose the freshest possible eggs and then add bacon and other ingredients.
“I always make sure to eat all of the eggs I buy, and I also make sure that the bacon is on top and it’s a nice balance of fats and proteins,” she added.
There are many types of protein shakes on the market, including whey protein shakes, almond protein shakes and whey-protein shakes.
Choose one that contains both eggs and bacon, said Dr. Lisa E. Schmitz, a registered dietitians doctor.
If it’s made with almond protein, it’s an excellent choice.
“You have the best possible protein that is balanced,” she told Live Science.
“It’s going to make you feel full and you’re going to feel better, too.”
A smoothie is another option, but make sure it’s healthy.
“Don’t add too much protein,” Miller said, “because you’re just adding more fat to the mix.”
Eggs and bacon can also be a good way to get calcium.
You need enough calcium to build muscle and prevent osteoporosis.
If that’s your goal, you should be getting calcium supplements, which include calcium carbonate.
If not, you can also get calcium by eating fish, chicken or turkey.
Dairy and eggs are good sources of iron, too.
“Iron deficiency is the leading cause of death worldwide,” Miller told LiveScience.
“But if you can get enough iron, then you can help prevent osteoarthritis.”
You can also eat eggs and other dairy products that are fortified with calcium.
“That’s one of the reasons why we think that eggs are such an important part of breakfast,” Miller added.
