When to choose: The sooner the better, said Dr. Jeffrey A. Roush, chief medical officer of the National Institutes of Health, in an interview.
The vitamin is especially important if you have a weakened immune system, or if you take certain medications that can interfere with the absorption of the vitamin.
“It’s important that people get a minimum of 200 mcg of B12 per day,” Roushi said.
He said that you need to take the most vitamin B1 you can get in order to get the maximum benefit.
You also need to get at least 100 mcg per day of vitamin B6.
You need to also have the equivalent of the daily dose of vitamin D3, said Roushs.
“The vitamin D levels in your body are too low to make vitamin B9,” he said.
And you also need a vitamin C level in your system, he said, so the amount you get from taking vitamin C is also important.
The recommended daily intake of vitamin C in the U.S. is 800 to 1,000 mcg, and the recommended daily dose is 600 mcg.
You should get the equivalent dose of B6 from eating a banana, Roushes said.
So the first thing you should do is get a banana.
“If you have the vitamin B5, you need more,” Rushers said.
“You need to make sure you’re getting at least 2,000 to 3,000 IU per day, which is about 1,200 to 1.25 million mcg,” he added.
Vitamin B6 and B12: Which is better for you: A lot of people don’t get enough vitamin B13 in their diet, said Jessica Cottle, the founder and chief executive officer of nutrition analytics company Nutrigenome, which has more than 1.5 million customers.
So, she said, it’s best to choose a B13 supplement that is fortified with vitamin B3 or B12.
The B12 supplement is also the recommended supplement to take if you don’t have enough vitamin D, Cottles said.
But even though B12 supplements are not a good choice for many people, they’re often prescribed for people who have high blood pressure, asthma or other conditions, said Cottes.
You can also take vitamin B14 supplements, which are also fortified with B12, which can also help you get the vitamin, she added.
“B14 is also used in some of our skin creams, so that can be a good supplement,” Cottels said.
B12 and B14 are also recommended in the supplement mix for people with autoimmune disorders, as well as for people taking antidepressants, pain medications and other medication, according to Nutrigena, a supplement manufacturer.
“I don’t think we should be surprised that many people don- t have adequate B12 levels, but we also know that B12 deficiency is a very common condition in the United States,” Cettels said in a statement.
“Vitamin B12 is especially helpful for those who have autoimmune disorders and depression.”
The recommended doses of vitamin E are similar, said Lorna Lefkowitz, an assistant professor of nutrition at Rutgers University who studies nutrition and health issues.
You might get a little bit more of it than you need, but it is still very important, she told CNN.
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that comes in various forms.
“Most people who take vitamin E supplements get the right amount of it in the right form,” Lefkoos said.
She said that when you’re trying to get enough of a vitamin, you want to get it in a form that is rich in vitamin E, and that is often the case with vitamin E pills.
“People with high blood levels of vitamin A tend to have a high vitamin A intake,” she said.
Vitamin A is also needed in your liver for metabolism and cell formation, and in your skin for protection, according Tokema.
You don’t need vitamin A supplements, however, if you eat a lot of foods with a lot more vitamin A than you’re able to get.
And vitamin A can be hard to get, so getting enough is important, Tokemas said.
You want to choose supplements that have a balance of vitamin, fat and carbohydrate, she explained.
She added that if you’re taking supplements for a specific disease, such as cancer, you should also do the same.
“But if you are taking supplements to reduce your risk of a specific type of disease, like a cancer or autoimmune disease, then you should use the most effective supplement,” she explained, “and then adjust the dose as needed.”
